Rob Jeffers started his journey in counseling back in 1994 receiving his BA at the University of Akron in Ohio. He grew up just outside of Cleveland in Solon, Ohio for 24 years before moving to Huntington, West Virginia in 1995 on a business adventure. Rob worked in management capacities for restaurants (family business with brother as part owner/GM of Buffalo Wild Wings for almost 12 years) and retail businesses for over 24+ years. In 2019, he decided to go back, finish his journey, and gain his MA in Mental Health Counseling. In 2023, he fulfilled his dream after completing his degree with Grand Canyon University and received his provisional license to practice as a PPC therapist here in Cheyenne, Wyoming. For the last two years, Rob has worked with a variety of clients including children.adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families. He received certification in 2024 from GCU for Childhood and Adolescent disorders and is currently finishing his certification for Couples and Family Counseling. Rob has training in CBT, DBT, SFBT, client centered therapy, trauma and grief, and narrative therapy.
Rob is currently in the clinical supervision of Jennifer Harp Licensed Professional Counselor LPC-850.
