Helping you turn life’s hardest moments into your strongest chapters. Therapy that empowers, challenges, and reminds you what you’re capable of.
I believe people are capable of extraordinary change — sometimes all it takes is a shift in perspective to uncover the answers already within us. My approach is collaborative and empowering; I see therapy as a team effort where you lead the way, and I help guide, support, and challenge you toward growth and healing.
I began my journey at the University of Wyoming, earning my Bachelor’s in Social Work and certification as a Social Worker, later completing my Master’s in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University in Nebraska. Returning to Wyoming felt like coming full circle — a chance to serve the communities that helped shape me.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, each experience reinforcing my belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, confidence, and connection — and about collaborating with other professionals to build wraparound support that promotes true mental wellness.
If you’re ready to create change, I’d be honored to walk beside you on that journey.
